フィリピン政府によりますと、27日朝、ルソン島の北部でマグニチュード7.3の地震が発生しました。
現地メディアによりますと、北部の都市では、3階建ての住宅が倒壊したほか、教会などの建物に被害が出ているとみられます。
また、北部バギオでは地滑りが発生し、車の事故が起きたとの情報もあります。
首都マニラでは、地下鉄が一時運転を見合わせていましたが、すでに再開したということです。
現在のところ、けが人など人的被害の情報はありません。
